I don’t conform to your standards.

I am my own sex and sexuality. I am MY standard. I set the standard for myself.

I have long, dark hair. I don’t paint my nails. I have dark eyes and caramel / pink skin. I am pierced and I am tattooed. I love being a woman. I just so happen to love women as well.

Some days, I am feminine. And there are days when some may say that I look rather boyish - even when I’m wearing a nice baby shirt/ blouse with jeans and a pair of sneakers.

So, apparently that look works for STRAIGHT girls but if I am a LESBIAN, you can automatically assume that I’m a ‘STEM’ - whatever the fuck that means.

I am MY standard. I don’t conform to the stereotypes some of you have bought into YOURSELVES.

Just because you think you fit into a certain type of label, it doesn’t necessarily mean that YOU are the NORM, YOU are the standard and the rest of us are having an identity crisis.
